Letter from the Minister of Development to Vicente Ortigosa as State Councillor and Special Inspector of the Mexico City-Chalco Railway, quoting a complaint presented by the Municipal Mayor of Tacubaya against the railway and its responsible agents, Francisco Arbeu & Co. ; asking Ortigosa to make a personal inspection and report on the results to the Ministry, with signed draft of Ortigosa's reply prefixed.
